暇はあったけど、ついつい。

昨日は、一週間ぶりに運動しました。バスケです。
久しぶりなんで、足が痛いです。

ゲームに夢中になるんで、ランニングマッシーンで走るより
ダッシュしてる時間が長いです。

今日も、公園でやろーかな？
公園のゴールは小学生用なんでかなり低いんです。

昨日、高さに慣れるんに少し時間いりました。
